Quiet and bright unit with a tasteful decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed, a TV and a phone.

The place was straightforward and had lovely friendly staff from a lovely staff member, loved the stay. This hotel was located in a very central area not far from the snow capped mountains in the distance, and the on-site restaurant. Also, we were 3 km from popular place such as Conical Hill👌

A modern hotel in Hanmer Springs with affable staff from a lovely staff member. Really quiet area, amazing location, near the restaurant next door was lovely, and the Hot Springs and shops. And a 10-minute walk from Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa. Good choice of outstanding food for continental breakfast.

Perfect and amazing location, tastefully decorated standard studio with spa bath, a great shower and clean with lovely mountain views.

The breakfast was nice with jam and juice, as example, and the outdoor bar was a plus. The rooms at this brand-new hotel were extremely pleasant with comfortable bed. The setting was stunning, just next door to the restaurant for dinner and the Center of Hanmer springs and a store.

We only stayed 1 night, though the staff were more than helpful - ticked all the boxes for us.

I recently stayed at this place and I had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect for me, just outside of the main township but only a minutes drive away. The hotel had a beautiful pergola surrounding the top level, offering stunning views of the mountains. I loved sitting there and taking in the scenery. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient.

The unit was very clean and spacious with a king size bed.

The unit had a lot of wasted space. The clothes closet was in the bathroom. The shower stall did not have any shelves for soap or shampoo. The ad said it had a kitchenette but it did not have a cook-top.

Really enjoyed incredibly nice breakfast, reasonably well appointed and well-equipped room.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and absolutely brilliant with very friendly staff members and an outdoor bar. Location: the venue was next to the restaurant, Hanmer Springs and the centre of town & the thermal springs. We had lunch in Pj's Chalet, located nearby. We got a room with full bath. The bathroom was large and the beds comfortable

Property was exactly what we were looking for.

Stayed here for wedding, no complains at all. Stayed here with my child and everything was very good. It was close enough to the township and hot pools and Close enough to the centre of town & the thermal springs and the town center, beautiful and amazing location overall. Furthermore, in the restaurant located in property.

This is a hip new fairly clean hotel providing reasonably well appointed rooms. Its the first place where the stuff were more than helpful. It has free continental breakfasts and extremely helpful staff.
